zte zxv10 w300 router configuration problem in windows 7

I brought zte zxv10 w300 router recently from telecom.But problem is once i connected to the router to computer via LAN port and type http://192.168.1.1 ,

it doesn't display to the router configuration wizard( Page not found error ).But Local Area connection has setup  in machine and Its states as unidentified net work.But this router 

works with windows XP properly.Is this might be issue of  router or  OS.?

Note :I have re installed Operation System also.

I saw one ZTE 4ports + wireless router that cannot setup internet settings, but you can setup dial-up connection in Windows 7 and dial using ADSL username and password, it will get connected and able to use internet.

ඔය ටෙලිකොම් එකේ ZTE රවුටරයේ ඉන්ටර්නෙට් සම්බන්ධතාවය හදන එක ටිකක් අමාරැයි. හෙන සැකසුම් වගයක් තියනව. දැන් මම ගාව රවුටරයක් නෑ. ඒක නිසා පියවරවල් මතක නෑ. ටික දවසක් ඇතුලත සැකසුම් සකසන විදිය එවන්නම්

First thank all of you for your ideas and comment.I have resolved the error.I have restarted  to the DHCP Client windows service in machine.

then it get identified as valid network and work fine.

ඔය router 1kata  User name - Admin  / Password - Admin deela ලොග් වෙන්න එත kota Router  page ක ඒවි. eeta පස්සේ මතක widiyata ට popoE  settings වගයක් තියනවා hadanna. a tika oyata SLT 1kata call කරලා අහගන්න puluwan (1212 ta)
