technology executive to join its Management Team. This is a ground
floor opportunity to be part of the new and exciting market of
Enterprise Risk Management/Governance, Risk & Compliance (or ERM).
Kingson is building its web-based software off of its recently
patented business method that provides the first and only means to
measure the effectiveness of ERM itself. This positions Kingson to be
the innovators/developers of a whole new breed of software it has
coined ERMIS™ (or Enterprise Risk Management Information Systems).
