Job Description:

• Applicants who are interested to work in IT Projects under the Monitoring / Technical Support division.
• Need to work on graphical tools that would build, edit and convert virtual rail routes, and virtual assets associated with the same.
• Work will involve quality assurance and check of routes, including identification and correction of assets such as missing objects, signals etc.
• Coordinate and escalate the incidents by monitoring the tool within the agreed SLA.
• Identify missing objects and Signals.
• Timely escalation process through email and phone communications.
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Analytical and problem-solving ability is a must.
• Upon joining, training will be provided on the tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Position: Trainee Software Engineer - Level - 1
• MCA or BE or B.Tech are eligible to be referred
• Year of passing: 2016 / 2017
• Referrals should have an aggregate of 60% and above across all academics

• Test Location: Chennai
• Work Location: Chennai
• Tentative test date: 21st Oct 2017
• Referrals to be uploaded online through the link
