Secured online storage

Hi guys, 

One of the schools I'm handling  have requested for an idea for secured online storage. The principal and the board chair  are asking for recommendations on how to store some sensitive data that can be accessed online (it can be subscription based). It may be use as  an archiving storage and has different levels of access permissions/protection. We're a Google school but it seems the Drive is not suitable for this plan. 

Any recommendations are highly appreciated.

Our board switched to Board Pro to keep everything safe & secure.  We used to use a hosted Moodle site, but apparently this works better.

Box comes to mind, they're for government-level data storage.

Hi Arnold,

We use Google Drive and create users for all our Board then use a Shared Google Drive and it works well. We put security on the Shared drive so no one outside the domain can access any documents.

When Board Members step down we just disable their account. It keeps Board documents out of their personal email accounts and our domain

  We also use Google Shared Drives for Board members. Since they all have school email accounts, we maintain control and can ensure they have 2FA enabled on their accounts.
