Hi all,

Is anyone else having trouble getting to connect.massey.ac.nz?

I have a staff member that can't connect using N4L, but 4G is fine.  I'm blocked on my computer too..

Maybe they are having traffic issues with Level 3 lockdown?

Hi Craig,

I just checking from a couple Raspberry Pi's at some schools and not seeing the problem at the moment.
Fortinet categorise as Education so should be good there

yeah might be some geofencing to AKL happening?

I tethered him to my vodafone phone and it worked...

Same. Comes up really quick. I’m in palmy however. I am aware that here we have a different RSP, and that we might be getting a good connection to massey via that RSP rather than N4L. Suggesting a spark problem?

I get the login screen OK. My (uni) kids tell me Stream is always problematic when everyone goes remote.

No go here today. No go for my wife's work in a business in Dunedin either. Cant tell who their ISP is...  not a school.

For those who can't access this site on an N4L connection... 

- Are you using our N4L DNS servers?
- Can you resolve the site to an IP address, if so what IP?
- Can you trace route to it?
- Has it ever worked before?

Our support team can certainly look into it, but will likely also ask for the info above to help

I have only tried it at one school so far, but the site is loading for me.

We have a N4L Connection, however our filtering is performed by Linewize.

Best bet would be to contact N4L and track your connection that isn't working and see what logs are showing.  You have already confirmed that the same device works on a 4G connection, so the fault has to lie with either filtering or something on your network connection.
