Hi Team,

Anyone else having any issues enrolling new ChromeBooks to an SA school?

150 ChromeBooks to Enrol.

Connect to N4L Enrol - Tick

Enrol ChomeBook in Google Workspace - Tick

Login as user

Cant connect to N4L Wifi with - "Please install Certificate"

This issue has been though a few people at N4L over the last week, with no result yet.

Now more troubleshooting to do with manual update of cert etc, but have to go back to site.

It shouldn't be this hard!

Just wondering, do you distribute the Certificates to your devices during the enrol phase?

I make sure they pre-deploy to avoid a lot of the drama with systems here.

Hi Brad,

Check the SAML cert hasn't expired.

Check that the "N4L Chromebook Verified Access" project is still under Google Cloud.

Thanks, SAML hasn't expired at this school, did have this at 1 school, and completely missing at another!

David, yeah they are setup in the Root OU, Intermediate and Root certs

Maybe the N4L Enrol network is not allowing these certs to be downloaded......

Turned out Chromebook DPSK limit had been reached, all sorted now, took a bit long tho, but very busy time of year for us all.
