Hi

Another thing that should be on the changeover checklist  If you use the kamar portal, you need to whitelist the new 2degrees IP for your school in Portal config.

If you dont, I was caught out yesterday when our students all started logging into the portal to see their marks etc for checking and I hadn’t updated our new school IP in the whitelisting area of portal config

All the incorrect logins locked out our school IP address and I couldn’t log in to portal config to whitelist the new IP - this was week 7 in T2 so it took till yesterday to be blocked :-) and the friendly beta team had to whitelist it for me, although thinking on it I could whitelisted it from home maybe

Keep a list of where your static IP is configured: (or use a public DNS record where allowed, but security/propagation and small changes can break things)
DNS A records
Kamar Portal/Whitelist
Test Kamar Directory Services to make sure 3rd parties accept the new IP etc
Google/M365 Trusted locations & conditional access policies
NZ Herald (if you want the premium articles)
Adobe Shared / Wheelers / Ancestry / Epic  Britannica etc as you've mentioned Vern
Outside of that any VoIP/CCTV that isn't using DNS on clients devices etc

Yes also need to check your Google/M365 email setups with the new IP so that it treats scan to email as trusted emails

its the changeover that keeps on giving
