Today, our older chromebooks OS v.76 & v77 can't login

Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this? I'm still early into the investigation. We have around 200 older models and they can't login. It loops back to the login screen after the attempt. The same accounts can login fine to newer models 90.x and above.

I'm hoping there is a workaround out there, still searching. It could be that these models have finally hit the wall.

Hi All,

We had this before with very old machines ( we are now on OS 115)

If it is device dependent and not user dependent it points to an OS problem however you should still be able to login to out of date models.

I will update once I know more.

Can you please log a support request and then share the ticket number with me so I can escalate if needed
