Cyclone, in partnership with the Ministry of Education, is pleased to invite your school to participate in an exciting new initiative: Microsoft and Google Licensing Reporting.

This early-access opportunity is designed to help schools gain deeper visibility into their Microsoft and Google licensing usage. Through a secure and user-friendly portal, school leaders will be able to access valuable insights into utilisation, data governance, and platform security—empowering more informed decision-making.

 Key Features of the Platform:

  • Clear visibility into licensing metadata, including license usage status, total data stored in each platform, Google and Microsoft.
  • Secure data handling: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and securely stored by our trusted third-party provider, YäRKEN our reporting platform provider .
  • School-specific access: Only your school will have access to its own data.
  • Dedicated onboarding support: Cyclone will provide personalised assistance to ensure a smooth and beneficial onboarding experience for schools.

 Data Scope:
The platform will collect and display:

  • Organisation Email addresses.
    (Note: No other personal identifiable information (PII) is required)
  • Metadata related to services provisioned for each email address
    (Note: No personal content such as files or folders will be transmitted or stored.)

 The collected data will be only available to the following parties in connection to the delivery of this platform:

  • Contacts from your school as specified by you.
  • Ministry of Education
  • Cyclone
  • YäRKEN
