Hi guys,
Has anyone experience this issue that when N4L migrate the school's Ruckus SZ to a new cluster you've lost your access and notice some changes has been made to the configuration of your WLAN? (Probably reset to default config!). I've been in contact with their TechSupport for some time now and still not avail to resolve the issue. I got multiple school under the account and only that school that has been migrated lost my access. Other schools are still available. They say it need to be escalated to a higher level support. Don't know what has happened, but my gut feeling is someone has made an error. Since I don't have visibility, can't see what has been changed.Arnold
