Problems printing Google Docs to Konica C360 on Windows network

A school I facilitate in can't print Google Docs to their Konica C360 colour copier/printer. I've been told Konica says it's a local/network/server issue, and school technicians say it just can't be done to the Konica - having spent considerable time trying to make it work. 

This seems a bit odd to me as a quick test revealed Docs print fine to other printers, large and small.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

I know that some Konica photocopiers have real trouble with printing PDFs—as Google Docs basically sends a print job as a PDF, I wonder if that is related? Are you able to print a PDF to the C360?

Is this repeatable across different browsers and/or have you tried the print using system dialogue?

We have a C360 and some staff did complain of issues a few months ago. I haven't heard of anything since however.

Assumedly is it only in Chrome?

I remember having a problem with printing from Google mail (sent as a pdf) a year or two back when the filename sent to the printer had the ? character in it and that caused the printer to have a wobbly. Try the same job and save it as a pdf first and then try using Adobe or Foxit to send it to the printer and see if that works.

Thanks so much, guys. Here's what I've found:

Print is OK to Konica using system dialogue on Chrome (default browser) -  I think we can live with this as a solution.

Print is OK from Firefox (not using system dialogue)

Print is OK from Google Doc saved as a PDF

The print job (non system dialogue) was a mere 653 characters long - maybe the Konica can't handle such long strings? Here it is anyway:
