Good morning, all.
Has anyone run into MMS issues between networks with phones that have had their numbers ported?
We have a new iPhone here (with an eSIM, which I am starting to regret allowing to be used) that after the eSIM was activated, had it's number ported over from Spark to 2Degrees.
Since that's happened, the phone can send/receive MMS messages from Vodafone, 2Degrees and now Kogan phones, but not to/from Spark ones. SMS messages get through fine.
We know for sure that the service provider & MMS settings on the iPhone are correctly set up against what 2D recommends, but I'm wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar problem?
Cheers
D.
