Currently in the middle of a laptop refresh (~70+) and my team uploaded the device hash file provided by TELA yesterday (and it uploaded without any error messages). Until today, the devices have not appeared. As a test, they manually tried to add one of the units via Powershell (Get-WindowsAutopilotInfo) and Intune complains that the device was already there.

We have a ticket open with MS but asking around if anyone else had the same problem and knows a quick fix as this is going to delay the refresh.

How did they upload in the first instance? via the autopilot page or via powershell?
Did they/do they not appear straight away or within a couple of minutes of adding?
Last ones I did was at the end of last term.
