Hi, I have issues logging into to "myn4l" at the moment and no school admin is around to use their login to see registered device details.

If someone can point me in the direction of the N4L process document for...
I have a bunch of new TELA laptops (all Windows) which need to enrol to Intune, connect to Wifi etc. All new out of the box so no profiles loaded as yet.

I get to the "Let's connect you to a network" page - If I use the N4L Enrol SSID I need to download a Zip file (but the device is not setup so not able to extract it).  I have a "WiFi key" from a registered device but this does not connect to the school devices SSID

Previously I have enrolled offsite or done prior to WiFi change project.

Links to docs would be much appreciated/

Hi,

I normally use the SmartZone to turn on the SSID called "Onboarding".  If you don't have SmartZone access, then ring N4L and ask them to turn it on.

Regards,
Stephen.

That's weird. out N4L Enrol is just a simple pass key, don't need to download any zip file.

For first setup i always use a usb-c to Ethernet adapter so i can have a solid connection to go through all the autopilot stuff, then once at the login screen it should have all the wifi guff (certs etc) all loaded and ready to go.
