LineWize today

[Craig Knights]

Anybody know what's up with LineWize today?  N4L says many LineWize schools have called today with no internet.  Can ping but not browse, etc.

I've just taken the box out of the loop, and all is now going...

Ours came right 30 seconds after phoning N4L, and we got the same story about Linewize. Coincidence?

Had to do the same thing ourselves. When I looked at the LineWize console, it seemed to be having trouble starting sphirewald.

Have been advised that their servers were under load for an unknown reason and to try again but I won't be doing that until tomorrow morning.

Applogies for the outage as well as the late reply here.

It would be great if we could get your opinion on the default behaviour of the service in the event of an outage, I have a quick one question survey here which it would great to get your opinion on the default behaviour.

I wasn't the original Craig that sent that email just in case you didn't know. We have had no issues at Heaton today apart a lack of speed which could be down to a huge variety of issues. So not complaints from us.
