Does anyones Online Activity actually show any identified users?

We are getting nothing and the unidentified users is just a pointless list of IP addresses with no information other than how much has been uploaded or downloaded.

I've sent a support request. I suspect maybe something didn't get changed/updated when we got our PA box as we used to see users, but i go into this screen once in a very blue moon.
