Ruckus SmartZone Auth issues today?

Hi all,

Anyone having issues with the N4L Ruckus SZ today? invalid credentials currently for me and our team.

Was also sign-in issues a few weeks ago (404 style error) but came right at the end of the day.

Is this sort of thing expected?

Working fine here (Chch nodes).

Best plan would be to let N4L know if you haven't already.

Thanks Ben,

Working this morning - seems to be intermittent issues occasionally with auth backend or nginx/proxy.

Its only when you need it its not working :)

We had the same for an approximate 5 minute window last Tuesday lunchtime - wifi was up, existing users still operating, but all new connections failing with bad password. Came right on it's own. Didn't escalate. Nothing on the alerts page of course - it never seems to get updated until something is so widespread one already knows thanks to peer support like this list. Good work posting so that others can learn it's not just them :)
