Hi All,

I've been struggling with just one Mac + Office that for every few weeks comes up with:
"Sign in required We can't upload or download your changes because your cached credentials have expired"

Trying to sign in brings up a flashing sign in box looking like its attempting SSO in a loop.

Looking at Azure Sign-in logs I see successful attempts to "Microsoft Office", "Office365 Shell WCSS-Client" and "Office Online Core SSO"
These attempts I see every few seconds, some 10s of seconds, all successful. 50 or so an hour.

The only way I've resolved it temporarily is to close all office applications, sign out, open an app and sign back in. Works for a week or two, then the same annoying issues with syncing.

Latest office, MacOS etc. Only seems to be this one machine (14" Mac Pro)
I've tried cleaning office to a fresh install, but the same issue some time later.

Any pointers?

Matt

Looks like this lasted all of ~3 hours...

All I see are successful sign-in logs in Azure (Office Online Search/Core/SharePoint/Shell/Loki), but the client doesn't seem to think so.
Last time I cleaned office completely, incl certs, reinstall with the latest version and it was go... for a few weeks.

Might be something Ill have to escalate, unless I do an OS refresh.
