Upgrading principal's Gemini plan on Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals

Kia ora, I had a message from a principal who would like to upgrade their Gemini version to the paid subscription version (other principals have this it seems) - is this doable via Admin backend or a "pay Cyclone" type of setup?

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere, I had a quick look though the admin area and could not find anything under billing.

It looks like it's discounted to NZD$22.50/user/month at the moment.

Maybe try the 'Contact Sales' button there. Then let us all know how you get on so the hive mind can learn :)

If you go to the Admin console, you can go to Billing -> Buy or Upgrade you can self purchase from there with a credit card.

You're after the "Gemini for Google Workspace" option.

Second what Jake has said, you do it yourself through the Admin Console > Billing > Buy or Upgrade > Gemini for Google Workspace. I did it for the boss a couple of months ago.

Once you purchase the required number of licences, you assign like you would the other Workspace licences. EZPZ.

I double agree with Adam and Jake,

Either your ICT provider can order and bill you or just do credit card via the admin console as per below
