[TECHHERTZ] Indian Government should build Cyber Army

The threat is dwelling, and will grow "The Cyber War", Most of the computers including your mobile/PDA/smart phones are unprotected or "unsecured". Such computers can be hacked away easily and one can gain admin control.Indian Government should take care and look after this issue and hire professional programmers underground network.The terms "Cyber war" would seem to be joking to many people, but its not true.An organization implementing cyber war take away personal information and critical data that we may not want to share.Such data include personal information, credit card numbers, contacts, income, professional information, hacking network.I think Cyber War is advanced version of World War, but here "CHINA" is playing HITLER role I guess.

United Stated of America is ready for that, as it has high and robust secure networks.Such threat won;t shake of USA.India is very weak in IT and apart from it, it has unsecured networks which can hacked easily though having a firewall.

Most of the INDIAN companies have their company website hosted on Foreign server which is again a great threat.For example an organization would hack our website by attacking the "SERVER" which is located outside home country.Now this creates an issue about "LAW" which differs from country to country.No doubt the hosting will try their best to protect their networks but it is an serious issue.
"CHINA'S" IT back end is very strong and they are becoming more powerful. China is neighbouring country and also relationships arena;t friendly.
On the other hand popular personalities profile can be hacked and one can know about their contacts and personal information.So there is no guarantee that your profile is secure and it would get hacked.
"General" tips to protect network :
As the quoted string suggest general tips, you might be asking why I'm not providing advance techniques.
Well advance techniques cannot be easily implemented and you have to build up everything your own.

TIPS :
1. ISP should protect network with "FIREWALL" with strong encrypted password.
2. Normal computer users should avoid download content from keygen and torrent website, if they do it would be at your own risk.
3. There are many virus swimming in Internet and its easy that you will encounter "many", So be cautious while downloading any kind of file.
4. Protect your computer with FIREWALL SOFTWARE.
5. Regularly update your ANTIVIRUS. Using pirated AV can lead you to the DOOM of threat.
6. SCAN up pirated Cd's, as it may contain spyware.
7. Don't visit Porn sites as they are 1000% threat to your computers, so try avoiding it.
8. If your computer has become slow or freezes at particular time then you are attacked".

As a Indian citizen and as Computer Programmer/IT Professional/Network Expert I m suggesting Indian government to build cyber army which consist of "Professionals".Apart from this i m working on securing networks and system.
