Tech Console is a much more informative tool for higher level management. As Paul mentioned Deep Freeze Management is available.  You can also modify Power settings.  Many of the functions such as Logon, Restart, Update, Power On, Update Insight, and Run Program must be authenticated with a gg-tech-school domain account. 

Report Server is a useful tool which details Internet Usage.  There should only be 1 Report Server installed per school network block.  You may access the Report Server from any host within the school network block by entering the IP address of the Tech Console into your favorite browser. 

Do not install Tech Console in place of Teacher Console.  There are fewer classroom management controls available. Install Teacher Console for the classroom lab teacher. 

Note: In my experience with Tech Console, The Teacher Console must allow remote management requests from a Tech Console.

Just wanted to let you all know that the Windows Insight Tech Console has been added to the compliance site.  Think of this as the console for techcos to manage the insight teacher console as well as manage deep freeze.  It is also channel unlocked.

Thanks and hope you all like this, also insight 7.81 is on the compliance servers for both mac / pcs.
