Thank you for all the information today.  Now we have a new issue. See if you can get any feedback from the group about this.

 As I am working with the counselor here at my school she is highly frustrated because she has been having the same problem year after year and it is still happening.  In the IMPACT SIM component of the system.  It is the counselor's job to project students to a high school in the computer system.  the problem is that when the information is selected in the drop boxes and you click 'OK' for the system to accept it, It is rejected by the system most of the time.  The system is only accepting a few names a day.  This is after may different attempts on many different computers across our campus. The steps are as follows that then lead to the problem:

 Click in this order

1) 'Class' and select 'Homeroom'

2) Choose a class link then select the student

3) When there information comes up then click the tab 'Personal Info'

4) Go to the section 'Planning District Calendar (for home school)

5) Click the second drop box for 'Requested School' and choose a school

6) Click the drop box 'Exception Reason' and pick what is needed

( We were directed to click away from the boxes then to make sure there is no blue highlight and then click 'OK')

This is when there is an error message that 'the request source is not available. Please see your administrator'

The counselor says this has been happening for years.  Can you get some info on what is happening?
