Years ago, this group was founded to exchange information concerning technology management within the educational institution. Some of us have been relieved of our duties for various reasons.
If you are the current technology contact: Do you share this responsibility with other employees or tech crew? Do you have other responsibilities, such as teaching or scheduling?
If you have been relieved of your duties: How did your school reassign the duties? Do you assist or advise the new technology contact?

I am an ESP Techco. Main tech person for two buildings. No Tech Crew we have 2 computer teachers. I do Testing. I do some scheduling, I am grade coordinator. run programs in a lab Lexia eg. If it's electrical and plugs in I am in charge of it. LOL I do All of the Fixed asset not just technology.
