It's a new day. We have to monitor content from our network, and content from hotspots using our equipment. Now, are we responsible for content on student owned devices using their own network? Or is this another disciplinary issue for the Dean?
Q.:(JAbanco) Is there any way to push a GPO on Chromebooks that DISABLES bluetooth? I have heard from a couple students that someone leaves their phone with personal hotspot turned ON in a locker and some students are able to get on via that method instead of via WiFi. They are supposedly able to get on to Facebook and Youtube. Personally, I think there is no need or use for student Chromebooks to have bluetooth enabled so can this be turned off?
Q: (CYau1) More of a administrative question. Student use their own hotspot, which mean its not part of CPS network. Do we as a school, still held responsible for what they do on their own network?

Are you responsible? Yes, because it's students using our hardware.
