I would NOT recommend upgrading to windows 10 until it is supported by CPS. I would only try these steps if someone has already upgraded to Windows 10.

Right click on a Google Chrome shortcut icon and go to properties.
Go to the Compatibility tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and choose Windows 7.

Launch the program using the shortcut and connect as you normally would to remote access.

Notes:

1. Chrome may need to be a specific version to work and also have NPAPI enabled. Browse to chrome://flags/#enable-npapi and set to enable and click on relaunch now.

2. Chrome will always run in Windows 7 mode using the shortcut this could cause issues for the user down the road.

So again in a pinch you could try this but I would not consider upgrading to Windows 10 until it is supported.
