Job Description |
Ø Prior experience as PeopleSoft CRM functional consultant with at least 1 implantation and/or upgrade experience Ø Knowledge of Marketing, Sales and Service/Support module Ø Ability to communicate effectively to understand and gather requirements and translate them to functional specifications Ø Able to do as is study of the application Ø Ability to understand bolt on modules and custom application Ø Write test cases Ø maintain requirement traceability matrix Ø Should be good in articulating and explaining requirements to technical team Ø Time management , commitment to complete allocated work on time. |
