If you are not happy with the responses please keep us in mind. We do a lot of work in the HIT area and have a a large client based in the Twin Cities, hence we have done a lot of "local" searches on their behalf (and have some fresh candidates). We are "internal recruiter friendly."

We work with a Fortune 500 Client that is looking for an individual for the following role: The Integration Analyst works with EMR and third party vendors to implement data integration solutions. This includes Medical Device Interfaces (Telemetry Data), extractions to/from lab systems, practice management, electronic medical record and various other systems. The Analyst will help to identify and develop innovative ways to meet the clinical data integration needs of the firm and its clients. Responsibilities Include: • Coordination of interfaces between Telemedicine Devices and other systems; • Coordination and implementation of interfaces between EMR, PHR and other systems; • Coordination and execution of data conversion projects; • Coordination and execution of EMR implementation; • Documenting interface, conversion, extraction and import specifications and standard operating procedures; • Research and develop new solutions to meet integration needs; • Providing support for integration related services; Job Requirements Experience in implementing interface products and/or other data integration services involving digital medical devices; Good working knowledge of HL7 and other healthcare standards; Experience with Healthcare IT solution such as practice management and electronic medical records systems preferred; Excellent Communications and interpersonal skills.
