First formally announced Saturday, Feb 6, and available informally since Feb 2, the US National Library of Medicine has created a multilingual web site that provides an alternative viewer for missing/found person records, plus (under "Additional Resources"), a meta-search page and curated links to disaster guidance.  Also offered are companion reporting technologies using email and an iPhone app, "Found in Haiti".
