Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Work Authorization: USC or GC Only (For Green Card holders, a passport copy and complete work authorization documents are required for submission.)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Airline Industry to join a leading client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering business requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering technology solutions within airline operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Mandatory experience in the Airline industry.
Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Expertise in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and process flows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Experience conducting workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and UAT support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience with airline reservation systems, airport operations, loyalty programs, revenue management, crew management, flight operations, passenger services, or related airline applications.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Work Authorization
US Citizens (USC) – Eligible
Green Card Holders (GC) – Eligible
