Hi Troy,
I was extremely upset last week when I decided to check if there was
an update for my Samsung BluRay player. Sure enough, there was an
update, and I decided to download it. Halfway through the
installation process, the BluRay player rebooted and then flashed
some error message. I thought it was bricked! Fortunately, I was
able to download the update to a flash drive, plug it in, and update
successfully from there, but a successful company like Samsung
should have better quality than that! Even after the update, the
player is still sluggish to load movies. Technology is great, but
can’t anyone get it right?
Keep up the good work

Troy,
I bought Inception on BluRay this last week as it had the BluRay,
DVD, and Digital Copy editions. I open it up and to my anger and
frustration, find that the Digital Copy version “expired” May 31st!
What a complete rip off! Talk about false advertising! Needless to
say, I’m ripping this bad boy right now!
Love the show
