Dear friends,

Please read it and think it,Start follow the  MMK's passage.

A) JOB OR BUSINESS

Being in a Job is like staying in a RENTED HOUSE

-does it belong to YOU -No
-can you sell it - No
-can you transfer it to your children or pass it on as a LEGACY -No
-does it have Capital Appreciation!!! -No
the rent will increase, and so will your expenses and Liabilities

What happens when the landlord of the house (your boss/company) asks you to vacate

You find another Rented House (Job)!!!

Being in a BIG Business is like staying in a OWN HOUSE

-does it belong to YOU -Yes
-can you sell it -Yes
-can you transfer it to your children or pass it on as a LEGACY --Yes
-does it have Capital Appreciation!!! --Yes
-can you give it on rent and generate PASSIVE INCOME!!! --Yes

THEN WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO STAY IN A RENTED HOUSE FOR 40 YEARS!!!

Why don't you consider BUILDING A OWN HOUSE while in the comforts of staying
in a rented house!!! It is possible, can be done in Parallel.

B) JOB OR BUSINESS

The Tax laws around the world favor the Businessmen than the Jobbies!

Lets take an example:
Income=INR 30 lakhs, Expense=

INR 20 lakhs, Tax rate=30%, S=Savings

for a Jobbie
Income- Tax= Net Income
Net Income-Expense=

Savings= Zero

for a Businessman
Income- Expenses= Net Income
Net Income-Tax=

Savings

Doing the Maths, for the same parameters
for a Jobbie the Savings is Zero
for a Businessman the Savings is

INR 7 lakhs

C) JOB OR BUSINESS

Statistically the growth of Income in a JOB is always LESS than the growth in expense and liabilities

for several reasons:
-getting paid for your time, effort, skills and knowledge- which by its nature is limited at an individual level
-inflation is growing faster than the growth in income
-cost escalation with passage of time is a reality across the world
-context of life increases your

expense and liabilities eg: when you are single you have a bike, get
married and buy a car, when the kid comes pay for school fees, so and so forth
-you get your salary/Net Income after tax deduction but you always pay for things after tax addition (restaurant bill+ service tax)
This phenomenon of Income trailing behind your expense and liabilities is termed as "RAT RACE".  That is why
senior executive will continue to serve in a job till they retire, in most cases.

Statistically the growth of Income in a BIG BUSINESS is always MORE than the growth in expense and liabilities

for several reasons:
-getting paid for OTHER'S time, effort, skills and knowledge- which by its nature is Unlimited
-inflation is growing SLOWER than the growth in BUSINESS income
-you get your net INCOME before tax deduction, AND most of your expense can be expensed out as business expense!!!!

QUESTIONS TO ASK ARE:

-DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO STAY IN A RENTED HOUSE OR BUILD YOUR OWN HOUSE?
-DO YOU WANT TO BE IN A JOB FORVER OR EVENTUALLY MOVE INTO A BIG BUSINESS?
-DO IT REALLY MAKE SENSE TO BE IN THE RAT-RACE?
