Job Description:
Job responsibilities would include, management of entire recruitment lifecycle - client interaction, sourcing talent through different sources, End-to-end recruitment process, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management, Salary Negotiation, Job Positioning and follow ups during and after the interviewing process.
Screening the resumes of the candidates
Scheduling interview for the candidates.
Handling database.
Responsible for meeting revenue targets
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (Right from the requisition raised to the joining of person)
Ability to source profiles through various sources, networking, head hunting.
