Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
We are recruiting for the positions of Technical Support Engineers (HP IT).
The role offers immense opportunities and extensive exposure to our global culture.
Job description:
• Provide online telephone support for HP employees for their laptop and desktop usage/issue.
• Articulate in excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work effectively with our support partners to provide the highest quality & competitively priced support resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Quickly diagnose/triage issues and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.
• Computer proficiency with applicable software applications(for example SAP, Microsoft Office,
CAD, Adobe Suite, programming)
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Accuracy in data entry
• Excellent fluency in language to be supported.
• Experience in a phone based remote role, e-support, e-chat, or similar.
• Familiarity with computer technology
• Only day shift for this process
• Candidate must possess excellent written & spoken communication skills
Job Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any graduate / Diploma 10+2+3
Experience: 0-2 Years of experience.
