Disappointing.

The matter of amending the Code to empower the TANGEDCO to insist on Harmonic filters is included  in the next Code review meeting for which agenda has been circulated.

The option suggested by CERC to challenge the Code in HIgh Court may not be productive. But needs to be undertaken to ensure the Code is not weighed against the consumer's interest.
