Service Engineer
Selangor - Shah Alam Responsibilities:
- Service maintenance of a range of handheld computer equipments including ad-hoc request and contrtual obligations.
- Management of spare parts stock and ensure that all documentation are in order.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on the servie and maintenance of customers request.
- Provide updates to customers on equipment repairs spare parts delivery
- Prepare sales quotation as per customer's requests.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, dependable, proactive and not afraid of hard work.
- Must be a team player and willingness to cooperate at all times.
- Self motivated, willing to learn and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Possesses own transport. Frequent travel may be required
