SMT Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and carry out maintenance program.
• Responsible for major/minor equipment failure.
• Upkeep sufficient spare of equipment, jig and fixture.
• Lead a team trouble shooting of production equipment.
• Drive equipment performance improvement activities and maintain the equipment’s performance index suxh as availability, downtime and yield.
• Close monitoring line maintenance issues, analyze and initiate problem solving or providing engineering solutions.
• Support equipment deployment, ramp and conversion to meet production output.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Working/internship experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent. Job role in SMT Engineer or equivalent.
