Associate Enginee - Facilities (Instrumentation)
North (Singapore)
Job Purpose: To calibrate, install, operat and maintaint he facilities instrumentation and resolve day to day instrument issues. To ensure all calibration documents are updated and interfaced in calibration metrology database.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Perform preventative and corrected maintenance on various facilities related to instrumentation
- Perform calibration under Class 2 instruments such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, valves, analyzers, humidity, particle counter, etc
- Maintain and improve quality and reliability of instrumentation
- Prepare all required specification, operating procedure and working instructions
- Enure all document such as calibration report, test reportm work instructions and operating procedures are properly updated and maintained
- Responsible to raise PR, update and follow up on PO issued
- Liaise with internal and external people, customer, vendors and other departments to complete the assigned task
- Actively particpate in all engieering studies and contribute to systme improvement
- In charge of the maintenance and mointoring of standard calibrating instruments
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree
- Relevant knowledge in a manufacturing environment with major emphasis in Instrument/Control and operations
- Able to read and understand blueprints, manuals and operations specifications
- Good project management skills
- Attention to details
