Responsibilities:


Employee headcount planning and forecast
Production area and layout planning
Involve in capacity and workforce planning
Experience in cost structure planning
Ensure optimal labor and machine utilization throughout the operation
Carry out study & analysis on product improvement
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Industrial
or equivalent
Possess good communication, reporting and analytical skills, with keen
attention to details
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
