Equipment Snr Engineer/Engineer- Fab Ops (Req # 3832)
North (Singapore) - Woodlands
- Maximize uptime of equipment to sustain equipment performance.
- Effective troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor and control equipment performance indices.
- Co-ordinate with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives.
- Establish sufficient essential spares and consumables stock levels to support equipment maintenance.
- Forecast and review equipment spares and other equipment-related expenditures.
- Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program on the equipment as well as organize installation of new equipment to support the production ramp.
- Organize training and certification for equipment AEs / TAs to upgrade their technical skills.
- Implement equipment improvement projects to upkeep capabilities and reliabilities of equipment.
- Facilitate and participate in QIT and cost reduction programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance.
- Provide leadership in giving direction and systematic guidance to Equipment Engineer / Associate Engineer.
Requirements:
- Master / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- 0 - 5 years' of relevant experience is preferred.
- For Lithography, experienced in Canon EX6 / i5, iW Stepper, ES3 Scanner is preferred
