Due to our expansion program, we are now seeking suitable candidates to fill the position below in our office in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
Selangor Responsibilities:
- Set up, commissioned and trouble shoot entire steam boiler control & instrumentation system including gauge pressure transmitters, absolute pressure transmitters, VSD inverters, soft starters and boiler drum level controllers.
- Commissioned control valves with various actuators and positioners for water tube steam boilers in palm oil mills.
- Commissioned various flow meters including vortex types, DP types and orifice plates for various applications including steam water.
- Check and ensure boiler installation is within the regulation parameters and hand over the boiler to customer.
- To provide adequate on the job training programs for boilers operators and executives comprehensively in operation and maintenance of the steam boilers and to supervise and follow up their progress upon completion of the training period.
- Performed on site instrument calibration and servicing and troubleshooting to rectify abnormalities for steam boilers.
- Established and maintained professional relationships between various clients.
- Able to understand and read the boiler piping and instrumentation drawing (P&ID) and boiler instrument wiring diagram.
- To identify the necessary spare parts, equipment and instruments in with the preventive and ad hoc maintenance.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and the ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- At least 2 years of working experience in the project related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates must be prepared to be stationed at site, local or overseas for long periods of up to three months.
