Session does not save

I've been using this app with Edge for a few months in my professional work, and it does not work properly. Sessions are not saved even though I have chosen to save every 5 minutes in the settings. Every time I restart Edge, the session is lost. The only way that seems to work is if I save a session manually and name it. 

Is there are setting made by my organisation that makes this happen, or is the app broken?
