Made it to Auckland, what a trip from the cape. If anyone is passing
through Waiwera, the thermal pools are a cost of $26 for an adult, I
spent the night at the caravan park around the corner and was given a
discount coupon for the thermals, at a price of 10.50, while high tide
became low tide I gave my poor body a real treat. I met Gunter at Weti
inlet and at 71 years old he was very happy to row me across the inlet
againest an incoming tide.
