I have uploaded two GPX files to our website at http://www.janeandshane.com/Links.aspx.
There are two files, Short and Long Sections, each file has been
modified for a South to North route and also some of the tracks were
modified slightly to stop them looping back on themselves (a circular
route):
The Long sections file has the individual sections joined together to
create 4 long tracks: Bluff to Greenstone, Queenstown to Ship Cove,
Wellington to Whanganui, and Whanganui to Cape Reinga. If you just
want to see where the track is then these are quite useful, though
they won't tell you how far it is to the end of the track you're on.

Hey Shane,

Seriously handy! I've had issues with every one of the files I've found so far. Fingers crossed with these. :)

I should be in Arrowtown tonight and hopefully have net access there.

Au.

Yes, you should be able to upload them with Harmon Basecamp

I can confirm this. I used Basecamp to get them on my 62s and have
found them invaluable. I've not looked at a map since I got these on
the device.

Thanks again Shane.

It seem as though the file is gone on your website, I was hoping you might still have the gpx file.

Try this:  (south island only)  (a bit our-of-date).

Sorry about that, I accidentally deleted all the website files for janeandshane.com and lost them so had to rebuild it again from scratch. For the latest kml file and instructions for converting to gpx go to http://followmyspot.com/teararoa. I'm working on getting the map showing up again for the V29 route, and also pages with the V30, and V31 gpx files. I also want to create a page to compare different versions so you can see what differences there are between the V30 maps and the V31 kml. Hopefully I should have this all done in the next week or two

Shane
