Rules Modification

Hiyas,

Making a slight change to the rules governing languages.

1. The individual skills for be able to speak a specific language are no more. Now there is just one "Languages" skill. This is a "hard" skill. And for every rank above "Poor" you can speak 1 additional language. Thus with "Languages: Good" you are able to speak in 4 languages, including your native language as 1 of the 4.

2. The literate skill will be the same way.

3. There is a Languages Talent gift that doubles the number of languages.
