Hi,

just evaluating TeamTrick for a project that I'm working on. So far
all looks good but there's a problem when I try to add a user to the
commitments during sprint planning. The drop down to select a user is
empty (it has one element named "-select-") because a user is
mandatory I cannot create my commitment. I'm on Ruby 1.8.7 and I
downloaded TeamTrick today (4th October 2011).

I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks

Will

Hello Will. Thank you very much for considering TeamTrick. I'll take a look at the bug as soon as I can. Which operating system do you use? Windows?

Hello Will,

I just tried to reproduce the bug under Windows XP without success. Please make sure that there are users correctly added to that project. In order to do that:

1) Login to TeamTrick
2) Click on your project you are working on name on menu on the left
3) Click on Users & Roles on the menu on the left

If you see an empty list, just add some users and they will appear in the commitment creation form. Let me know if that was the case or not to keep looking for an alternative cause.

Thanks

Hi Manuel,

apologies I was being a dumb user. Following your steps has allowed me to continue.

Many thanks for helping me out

Will
