We're alive and well!

We just wanted to give you a quick update on where we are at.
Unfortunately we have not had much luck with internet cafes or cameras
so we are behind in the blog and photos. Don't think for a second we
haven't been having the wildest adventure each and every day of the
rally.
We are currently in Hovd, the industrial capital of Western Mongolia.
And we can't wait to get out of here. We have taken 3 days to travel
less than 200 miles because of terrible roads and major car issues. We
have spent the day at the mechanics today with a cracked fuel tank and
snapped suspension (leaf spring). Once again the local mechanics came
through with the goods building a leaf spring from various other cars'
bits and we expect to be back on the road at the crack of dawn
tomorrow to make up for some lost time.
We expect to hit the finish line within 5 days, dump the car, spend a
few days relaxing and organising a Chinese visa. We'll then catch the
train to Beijing for a few days of sightseeing and our flight back to
London. If all goes to plan we should be back by the end of next week,
ready to party hard!
We hope to have some more photos and a proper blog update for you all
very soon. In the meantime, don't forget to check the following link
