We won't be offended, but as this is the only way for us to keep you informed we hope you will stick with us through to the end.

 

As you probably realise by now, the Mongol Rally is a significant part of our lives at the moment and we appreciate all your support. We are making some significant progress into our findraising targets - hitting £1420 (AU$3550) for our chosen charities at last check - thanks to some very generous souls out there. They know who they are, but you can also check who donated what by scrolling down on the "Donate Now" links. And while you're there, you might as well donate if you haven't already :)

 

With Dan landing this morning and Steve only a few days behind, our plans for an Anzac Day BBQ in Sydney are full steam ahead. Details are yet to be finalised, but it will be from midday on Wednesday April 25 at Bronte Reserve . We will have food, drinks, music, games and lots of familiar faces. We will try to have a laptop down there for on the spot donations to the charities too (anyone got a 3G PC card?). I will send another email with the final details in the next few days, including the wet weather contingency plan. It would be great to see you all there, and of course all friends and family are welcome too.

 

For those in London, we will start planning on a similar catch up BBQ for mid-June.

 

Finally, we've put some significant efforts into changing the webpage and updating it lately, so if you haven't had a good dig around in the last few days please check it out and give us your comments. There's a guest book on our website too, so if you're not able to sponsor us just yet at least come and show your support by leaving a few words.
