Krishnan and I hiked 5 miles on sat. The weather was beautiful and
fall leaves made a beautiful crispy carpet for us.

Anything but a  "guiltless weekend".
But, i just did a 3-mile run during lunch time.
I run with my colleagues at work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during lunch time.

My running log is updated on Sundays.. Below the link.. BTW guys, Iam raising money for Asha and running the Atlanta Full Marathon on Thanksgiving. The training has been good so far.. I know all of you are avid supporters of running and running for a noble cause.
My personal training goal is to finish the marathon in less than 4 hours. My training runs have been at 9.40 - 9.50 mins/mile for the longer (15mile+) hilly runs.
While training to accomplish this goal, I want to raise $1000 to help educate underprivileged children.

Any support and donations are highly appreciated. Lets keep making strides forward for better health and better society.
Thanings: Good job keeping the tempo going.. Lets talk about making the next stride to 26.2

- Nandan.
