CMM Event - Ice Cold Beer @ the finish line !!!

Hello swasies,

Good Luck to all participants of CMM 2009. We have just one day left to the race and many of you have collected your packet and ready for the event.

The t-shirts for this year events have been printed and distribution to CMM event participant is in progress. Please reach out to Pravin @243-5529 or Thanigs @ 260-5688 for your t-shirt. 

Upon finishing the race on Saturday stop by swas group at family union place, located in front of the music band. The place allocated for team union will be marked with alphabets. We will meet next to alphabet 'S', same as last year. S for Swas.

We welcome all non-participants, family and friends to join us at the finish line or swas gathering location for fun and drinks. Yes drinks !!!. We will have some ice cold beer at the swas gathering location for everyone to cool down and celebrate the victory.

The T-shirts look wonderful! Thanks to everyone involved in coming up with the designs, getting the sponsors and getting to all our hands. We picked up our race day packets yesterday, it was a breeze, no crowds at all.

 

Our best wishes to the Swas team. Hope to share a beer with you at the finish line.

Oh that design, you don't have to keep appreciating my drawing skills. What happened is, I was scribbling on a paper one day and it just turned out to be a running figure. I have to scribble a lot going forward.

Please note, do not finish within 1 hour 13 minutes, CMM organizers will not be ready to receive you.

You all have a good run.
With the temperatures expected to be high, DRINK ENOUGH WATER and keep hydrated.
I didn't do that in the Murfreesboro Half and had real bad cramps after the 9th mile and ended up walking rest of the way.
