How are you all doing ..hope you are doing fine..
 
The summer is oficially over in Chicago.. i guess its the same there in TN..i am sure all of you had a lot to do this summer..
 
I would like to bring back our "One line towards physical fitness"..especially with Fall and Winter round the corner..
 
Things i did and had fun doing..
  1. a 5K for a corporate challenge
  2. a 5K for Children's cancer
  3. practise for a soccer tournament 
After doing the above i still put on 15 pounds so have joined a gym to get back to shape...
 
Please share your story...rather your tid bit...

Hello Swasies,
                   Hope everybody is doing good  and had a good summer.  I won't be doing murfreesboro half ...instead I have signed up for the women's half marathon this Sep 25th.
On Labor day, I finished the 10K Franklin classic...
To all those participating in the middle half , best of luck and

Chaitanya - you are rolling. Great that you now running for a cause and not just for fitness. That's inspirational. 

Newton's law applies too. 
Well, as was said - sun never sets on (erstwhile) British empire, summer never ends in Texas. I need to put on the sneakers and get going...

Good to hear from you all.

From my side, I did a 5K last week and am skipping Murfreesboro Half Marathon for this year.
Instead i signed up for a relay race from Chattanooga to Nashville on November 6th. I will be running total of 17.1 miles in a span of 36 hours.

Howdy,
 
Finally I woke from my dream and started running. Last time I stepped on the weighing scale, it showed "E" (means error). I assumed it can not weigh me anymore. :)
 
Having said this, I am running now, at least 3 times a week and I have enrolled in Murfreesboro 1/2.
 
Keep rolling swassies.
