How are you all doing ..hope you are doing fine..
The summer is oficially over in Chicago.. i guess its the same there in TN..i am sure all of you had a lot to do this summer..
I would like to bring back our "One line towards physical fitness"..especially with Fall and Winter round the corner..
Things i did and had fun doing..

a 5K for a corporate challenge

a 5K for Children's cancer
-
practise for a soccer tournament
After doing the above i still put on 15 pounds so have joined a gym to get back to shape...
